Monocular – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Monocular ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription

Monocular offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. Use of the App

You may use Monocular for lawful purposes only. You must not use the App to generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

4. AI-Generated Content

Renders and videos are generated by third-party AI services. Results may vary. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and its original content remain with Joe Schubert Building Design. You retain ownership of images you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
